The most important meal of the day

I'm trying to get a little healthier by dropping some weight and cutting back on the sweets and such. Apparently, it's working! After one whole day of eating smaller portions and drinking plenty of water, I lost four pounds.

Yahoo! This diet stuff is easy!

Or my bathroom scale is mocking me.
